Microneedling
MicroNeedling offers an alternative to laser resurfacing for treatment of acne scars, wrinkles, stretch marks, and facial rejuvenation. A grid of fine needles is pressed against the skin to create micro-pores or areas of micro-injury in an effort to stimulate increase collagen production. Sessions are typically repeated every 4-6 weeks and at least 3-5 sessions are recommended to achieve optimal results. MicroNeedling sessions can be combined with the topical application of growth factors in order to introduce them deeper into the skin.
