Dear Patient, 

I must regretfully inform you that I will no longer be practicing at Adult and Pediatric Dermatology after June 28th, 2019. My family and I are moving out-of-state as my husband is pursuing a new job. It was a pleasure and a privilege to be part of your lives as your dermatologist. I appreciate having had the opportunity to be involved in your medical care, to meet your families, and to learn personally about each one of you. Before I leave, I wanted to reassure you that your care will continue with a wonderful group of dermatologists. 

I am pleased to announce that two dermatologists will be taking my place, and they will be available to provide care for your immediate and ongoing skin care needs. Both Dr. Caufield and Dr. Alkousakis are exceptional physicians who I would personally recommend, and I encourage you to follow up with them for regularly scheduled visits. Our practice will be reaching out to you to help ensure you have continuity of care. 

Over the coming months, you will also notice some exciting changes with Adult & Pediatric Dermatology as Dr. Leslie Stewart and our entire practice integrates with Colorado Center for Dermatology & Skin Surgery. For now, our phone number (303-796-8200) will remain active. The combined practice will offer a full spectrum of dermatologic services for medical and cosmetic concerns as well as Mohs surgery for skin cancer. The practice will continue to operate at our current offices as well as additional offices in Centennial and Longmont. 

I have greatly valued our relationship and thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years. Best wishes for your future health. I know I am leaving you in excellent hands.
